AI Customer Support

AI agents that resolve tickets, not just deflect them

We build custom AI support agents for logistics, e-commerce and telecom teams. They work on top of your helpdesk, answer only from your data, and hand over to a human in one step.

Free, no slides. You keep the written summary either way.

Where an AI agent pays for itself

Each of these industries has one dominant, repetitive reason customers get in touch. That is where an agent connected to the right system can finish the job, so your people can handle the complex, emotional and high-stakes cases.

Logistics & couriers

"Where is my parcel?", delivery exceptions, redelivery and address changes. These are repetitive, data-driven requests an agent can resolve from live tracking data, especially in peak season.

E-commerce

Order status, returns and exchanges, and pre-purchase product questions, where a fast answer protects revenue. The agent works from your order system and catalogue, not guesses.

Telecom & ISPs

Faults, outages, appointment booking and billing questions. The agent checks service status, books engineers and gathers diagnostics before a human ever picks up.

AI that won't embarrass you

Public chatbot failures share one cause: treating deflection or headcount as the goal. Ours are built around four rules.

Answers only from your data

Approved knowledge and live system lookups. No improvising policy.

Says it's an AI

Clear disclosure in every conversation.

One step to a human

Customers can always reach a person, with the full context handed over.

Measured on real resolution

We report verified resolution, not deflection.

How we work

  1. 1. Contact-reason review (30 min, free)

Which requests an agent could resolve, which should stay human, and what it needs to connect to.

  2. 2. Fixed-scope pilot (4–6 weeks)

One intent, one channel, agreed success metric, fixed price.

  3. 3. Scale what works

Add intents and channels based on measured results, with your team reviewing conversations.

What we've built

Questions

Do we have to replace our helpdesk?

No. We build on top of the helpdesk and systems you already run (for example Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Gorgias, Salesforce Service Cloud or a custom stack) and connect the agent to the order, tracking or account systems it needs to actually finish the task.

What does the 30-minute review cover?

We look at your top contact reasons together and sort them into three groups: intents an AI agent could fully resolve, intents where AI should only assist your agents, and intents that should stay human. You leave with a short written summary, whether or not you work with us.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

The agent answers only from your approved knowledge and live system data, says it's an AI, refuses topics outside its scope, and offers a one-step handover to a person. Every conversation is logged so your team can review it.

How is success measured?

On verified resolution (the customer confirms, or doesn't come back about the same issue within 7–14 days), not on deflection or containment, which count customers who simply give up.

What does a pilot look like?

One intent (for example order status), on one channel, over 4–6 weeks, with a fixed scope and price agreed upfront. You decide whether to scale based on the measured results.
